Policies, Terms and Conditions
No credit will be given for any unused portion of the rental period.
We require a deposit of $100 per boat by VISA or Mastercard. Cheques will not be accepted. You do not have a reservation unless your deposit has been received and confirmed.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
A $25 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. The balance of your deposit is returned to you provided 30 days notice of cancellation was received and the vacancy created by your cancellation has been re-rented failing which, deposit is forfeited. Those who cancel within 14 days of their arrival date will be liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation unless the vacancy created by your cancellation can be filled by another party.
All boat rentals require a $500.00 damage deposit payable on arrival by Visa or Mastercard.
You are responsible for all damage however caused.
Major damage will be quoted by a licensed marine mechanic and will require payment prior to check out.
Damage deposit will be refunded at check out if boat is damage free and clean.
South River Resort and its owners will not be held liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred by our guests while using our facilities and each guest does so, solely at their own risk. The individual making the reservation is responsible for the actions and safety of their children and guests.
Guests are fully responsible for all damages and losses to equipment and accommodations provided, however caused. Damage to props and skegs does not constitute normal wear and tear and will be the responsibility of the renter. All damages to South River Resort property and/or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately. Reported damages will be dealt with fairly and every effort will be made to limit the cost to our guests. Unreported damages will be dealt with as expeditiously as possible.
